Registration Refund Policy

1. Please email the secretariat at secretariat@afc2023my.com for cancellation request.
2. Registration cancelled before 1st September 2023 will be refunded 50% for participants residing in Malaysia only. However, registration fee may be transferred to another individual; payment invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant. Registration cancelled on or after 1st September 2023 is not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund is not eligible for international participants. However, registration fee may be transferred to another individual; payment invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant.
4. AFC2023 reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation of AFC2023 by the organiser, full refund will be made within 14 days (less the bank charges incurred (if any)) via the same method payment was made unless requested otherwise.

Note: All presenters/participants are expected to register and pay the conference registration fee. The conference registration fee covers attendance to all conference sessions, official opening and closing ceremonies, conference luncheon, refreshment breaks and conference materials. The fee for accompanying person covers opening and closing ceremonies and meals during these two ceremonies. Fee DOES NOT include gala dinner on 25 October 2023.
